Kristy joined McCarthy Bertschy earlierthis year after working for the Career Management Center at the KelloggGraduate School of Management.  

Prior to Kellogg, Kristy has 20 years ofexecutive search experience with several firms including Korn FerryInternational and Lamalie Amrop.  Mostrecently, she spent 12 years with JWC Partners, a boutique firm specializing inexecutive search, Board Director recruitment and board assessment. Kristyworked with CPG, industrial, insurance, private equity and professionalservices clients across a range of functional areas including finance, generalmanagement, operations, sales/marketing and strategy.

Kristy hails from Southern California and settledin Chicago after graduating from Northwestern University with her degree inHuman Development and Social Policy. Outside of work, she loves spending timewith her family, going to the beach, walking, and playing paddle tennis. Kristycurrently serves on the board of the Garden Club of Evanston and has served as Co-Presidentof Evanston School Children’s Clothing Association (ESCCA) which providesschool clothing for Evanston school children in need.

Fun Fact: Kristywas an exchange student in Japan during high school.
