McB In The Community

As active members of their communities, McCarthy Bertschy’s Partners are deeply committed to both charitable and civic leadership.

Giving Back in Honor of Each New Hire

Supporting communities across the U.S. is critically important to us. We congratulate each successful candidate by making a donation in their honor to the charity of their choice. This, in turn, allows us to contribute to candidates’ communities as they begin a new chapter in their careers.

Supporting Our Client Partnerships

Our partners are dedicated to supporting our clients above and beyond the search process. We intentionally support the causes and nonprofit missions of organizations that are near and dear to the hearts of our long-standing clients, including but not limited to Go Red for Women (American Heart Association), Misericordia, Hustle Up the Hancock (Respiratory Health Association), and Avenues For Independence.
Go Red Event
It’s very refreshing and not always the case when you can begin working with a firm and build a great partnership, rapport, trust and friendship with them that allows you to support one another on both what brought you together initially and well beyond.

Our Partners are leaders in the community. We are able to bring both our years of business experience and our broad set of personal and professional relationships across the U.S. by serving on the boards of Chicago-land organizations.
